• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM – please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• Please treat the apartment and garden with care, as if it were your own home.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Pets are welcome, but must not be left unattended and should not disturb neighbors.
• Please keep the apartment clean and report any damage or issues as soon as possible.
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise agreed in advance.
